Key Tours Group Services
Free Customized itineraries:
You can choose any program from our brochure or from a sample itinerary you see in this sample itinerary booklet, or we can customize or modify the itinerary for your group needs.
Hotels:
Key Tours offers a wide range of hotel classes. We have special arrangements with First Class, Superior First Class and Deluxe Class hotels. For special interest groups we have rates in Historical hotels, and for budget groups there are Tourist Class hotels. Because of volume buying power, we get wholesale rates in good selected hotels.
Airlines:
Tour operator buying power enables us to make special price agreements and flexible schedule arrangements with the best well-known airlines. Also we can offer you land only arrangements if you prefer to make your own air arrangements.
Cruises:
We work with well known cruise lines operating in the Mediterranean region, again our special agreements and volume-buying power give us access to special rates.
Yachts:
We can arrange sail boat or yacht charters (gullets) for sailing or cruising groups.
Local Guides:
Key Tours truly understands the importance of guide services for the success of any tour. Therefore, we provide the very best. In most cases, our guides have at least five years of experience and are licensed by local governments. They are knowledgeable and experienced with American and Canadian clients; and regardless of the destination, they are measured by the same highest standards. They will and travel throughout the tour with the Group
Lecturers:
If you seek in-depth information on particular topic while touring, we can arrange a variety of qualified lecturers on specialized topics such as: Architecture, History, Egyptology, Biblical history, Carpets, Pottery Making, Politics, etc.
Tour Buses:
Key Tours operates its own buses. Most of them are very new, with brand names such as Mercedes or Mitsubishi imported from Germany or Japan. Normally, for groups of 14 or more and on the escorted tour itineraries, the buses are deluxe, equipped with air conditioning and often include onboard emergency toilets. With smaller groups, air-conditioned mini-buses are used.
Drivers and Assistance Drivers:
Our drivers are highly experienced, and all have proven records for safety. On most of our bus tours in Turkey, you will have an assistant driver who helps luggage and serves tea or similar drinks.
Meals:
Normally in our destination countries, a buffet style breakfast is included. Some hotels offer buffet dinner with special group room rates, or we can arrange special local restaurants for gourmet food. Normally for lunches, we stop at self-service restaurants and the tour guide will help you to get a taste of different types of food.
Luggage Handling:
We can arrange luggage handling at your hotel and airports with porters and hotel bellboys.
Special Event or Arrangements:
If you want to visit a special location like a local village, farm, industrial plant, university, high school, synagogue, a certain church, concert, opera, or even a historical area, we can arrange it in advance.

Key Tours is most interested in comments from our clients to assess the quality of our services. Thus, we always request that our guests privately complete questionnaire forms to evaluate our tours. In 1998, 97.8% of our clients were satisfied with the services supplied, and 96.5% of the clients gave our services an excellent or better rating.
