HOW DO WE DEFINE A GROUP?
Group Size
We define a minimum of 10 passengers up to several hundred passengers as a group, if you have a smaller group our FIT department can help you customize an itinerary and offer special competitive services.
Booking Groups
From our brochure’s escorted tours or other programs, you can schedule a group for a private tour using one of our motor coaches if you have a minimum of 30 pax, and we will offer a special commission rate
Customized Groups
We can run the entire bus or minibus for your group even if the group is smaller in size, and we will offer net rates which can be marked up for the organizer’s purposes
Tour Conductors
We are offering one free in Dbl room for every 15 full paying passengers for group bookings traveling to Turkey. For other destinations, we offer one free in Dbl room for every 20 full paying passengers
HOW KEY TOURS CAN HELP YOU TO PROMOTE A GROUP?
Free Travel Agent or Group leader Familiarization Trips
You can join one of our Fam trips during low season or join one of our regular land programs at a rate reduced by 25 %. After you return, and within two years, if you book a group of 20 pax for a minimum of 8 days, we will reimburse the cost of your Fam trip.
Marketing Tools Flyer Shells:
We can supply the first 100 flyer shells free, and you may overprint your group’s itinerary and tour details. If you need additional shells, they are $ 25 per 100. If you want us to do the printing and send the shells to you, it will be an additional $50.
Postcards:
We can send you postcards that can be mailed to your clients for $10 per 100 cards
Ticket Stuffers:
We can offer ticket stuffers for $ 5 per 50.
Co-op Advertising:
Key Tours participates with co-op advertising in pre-approved newspapers or radio advertising and will pay up to 1/3 of the cost not to exceed $ 200 for group bookings when the total tour cost is over $10,000. The shared amount is returned to you as a reduction on the group’s invoice.
Presentation:
In most major metropolitan areas, our local reps will speak to your group with a slide or video presentation and answer your clients’ questions.
