Daily Itinerary

Day 1: USA - Rome
Enjoy a relaxing overnight flight to Rome.

Day 2: Rome - Arrival
You will be greeted upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a free afternoon in the "Eternal City".
Hotel: Mecenate Palace or similar

Day 3: Rome
Today, embark on a hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour. The 1-day pass allows you to hop-on and off at Termini, Piazza Venezia, Colosseo, Circo Massimo, Monte Savello, San Pietro, Castel St. Angelo, Arapacis, Tritone and Barberini. (B)

Day 4: Rome
Enjoy a day at leisure in Rome or join optional tours to Capri or Pompeii. (B)

Day 5: Rome - Florence
Make your own way to Termini train station, within walking distance from your hotel, and board the train to Florence (ticket included). Upon arrival in Florence, make your own way to the hotel which is very close to the station. The remainder of the day is at leisure. (B)

Day 6: Florence
Today, you will have the chance to explore one of the most important and charming cities of the world heritage of the UNESCO. Alongside your expert tour guide, walk through the amazing city and discover its unique secular heritage and breathtaking beauty. Pass by the Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo, Giotto's Bell Tower, Brunelleschis Dome, Santa Trinita, Pontevecchio Bridge and the secret Vasari Corridor, as well as famous shopping streets and craft neighborhoods. Please note: we do not visit the inside of monuments and museums.

Day 7: Florence - Venice
Transfer on your own to the train station for your journey to Venice (ticket included). Upon arrival, make your own way to the hotel nearby. Enjoy a day at leisure to explore Venice. (B)

Today is a great opportunity to explore the open-air museum on your own, take an optional tour to Murano, Burano and Torcello islands, or visit a glass factory. (B)

Transfer on your own to Venice airport for your return flight home. (B)

Policy Information and Terms & Conditions:

Reservations: All travel arrangements and reservations should be made by December 7, 2012. Later bookings must be approved in advance. All departures are guaranteed after written confirmation from Key Tours. Prices are based on double occupancy; if traveling with a companion please provide their voucher number in addition to yours to secure your double occupancy rate. Blackout dates include: 12/18-1/6, 1/23-2/5, 2/26-3/20 available for slightly more; quotes available upon request to Key Tours.

Deposit and Final Payment: Your purchase of a GrouponGetaways voucher for the Italian Art Cities package will act as your final payment for services booked. Any additional services booked including travel insurance, additions to the itinerary, etc. must be paid for using a separate payment form. Price excludes mandatory Italian city tax which must be paid by traveler directly to the hotels. The single supplement charge is $299. All reservations must be confirmed by December 7, 2012. If any outstanding balance is not received within 45 days prior to departure, the land portion of your booking is cancelled automatically. Participants waive any charge-back rights and, in the event of dispute, requests for a refund must be made using the procedures described herein.

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Key Tours International. A $150 fee per person will be charged for all cancellations. The cost of all airline tickets and taxes are non-refundable after a booking is confirmed. Additionally, the following scale of charges will apply as a percentage of total service price when notice occurs within 60 days of service start: 60-31 days prior - 20%; 30-14 days prior - 40%; 13-3 days prior - 70%; Later Cancellations and No Shows - 100%
