How To Book

• Purchase your Living Social voucher via the Living Social website
• To redeem your voucher call 1 (800) 576-1784 ext. 3, 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri, or e-mail info@keytours.com
• Remember to mention that you are calling in regards to the Living Social Istanbul and Athens Special and book by June 11, 2015
• Upon confirmation of your trip details, use your Living Social voucher number for payment
• Please provide us with a copy of your vouchers
  

Policy Information and Terms & Conditions:

Reservations: All travel arrangements and reservations should be made by June 11, 2015. Later bookings must be approved in advance. All departures are guaranteed after written confirmation from Keytours. Prices are based on double occupancy; if traveling with a companion please provide their voucher number in addition to yours to secure your double occupancy rate.

Deposit and Final Payment: Your purchase of a Living Social voucher for the Athens and Istanbul package will act as your final payment for services booked. Any additional services booked including travel insurance, additions to the itinerary, etc. must be paid for using a separate payment form. The single supplement charge is $300 for July 15, 29, August 5, 12, 19, 26.  The single supplement charge is $400 for September 9, 23, October 8, 15, 22, 29. The single supplement charge is $200 for November 5, 8.  The single supplement charge is $200 for November 12, 19, 26, December 3, 10. The single supplement charge is $200 for the 2016 dates of January 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25 and March 3.  All reservations must be confirmed by June 11, 2015. All reservations are subject to availability. If any outstanding balance is not received within 45 days prior to departure, the land portion of your booking is cancelled automatically. Participants waive any charge-back rights and, in the event of dispute, requests for a refund must be made using the procedures described herein.

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Keytours Vacations. A $150 fee per person will be charged for all cancellations. The cost of all airline tickets and taxes are non-refundable after a booking is confirmed. Additionally, the following scale of charges will apply as a percentage of total service price when notice occurs within 60 days of service start: 60-31 days prior - 20%; 30-14 days prior - 40%; 13-3 days prior - 70%; Later Cancellations and No Shows - 100%
