Sicilian Tales Multi City Vacation

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore this exciting city.

This morning, enjoy a private half-day tour of Palermo and its historic center visiting the cathedral and the Palatine Chapel in the Royal Palace as well as the unique site of Monreale with its Duomo. The afternoon is at leisure. Tonight, taste typical Sicilian cuisine at a local restaurant. (B,D)

In the morning, depart Palermo by private car to Agrigento. You will have free time to visit the Valley of the Temples on your own (a private guide can be arranged at an additional cost). In the afternoon, travel to Piazza Armerina where you will have free time to explore the area on your own (a private guide can be arranged at an additional cost). Arrive in Taormina late in the evening and settle into your hotel. (B)

Spend a day at leisure in this unique town set high on Monte Tauro and enjoy spectacular views across the sea. We suggest you take an optional private walking tour of Taormina. You may also want to consider joining an optional tour to Mt. Etna which will give you the chance to experience one of the world’s biggest active volcanoes. (B)

Enjoy another free day in Taormina. Take the lift down to the waterfront and go for a swim in the pristine waters of the Mediterranean, or consider joining an optional tour to Siracusa. Tonight, enjoy a special farewell dinner at a local Sicilian restaurant in Taormina. (B,D)
