Landmark Amman Hotel & Conference Center

I stayed in Landmark hotel for 10 days in August and I had a wonderful experience. I had a conference on the 1st floor, and stayed in the same hotel. The building is at a great location, about 20 to 30 min walk to rainbow street. Al Abdali Boulevard is also across the street. My favorite part was the in-room dining. During the days where I was tired or didn't feel like going out, I ordered food to my room. The service is very easy to use. You get a link and order the food yourself then choose a payment method. Half an hour later, you get a knock on the door with your food. I ordered a variety of plates and everything tasted excellent, especially the butter chicken. The event also included lunch, and the kitchen supplied a variety of different plates that were great. We had several coffee breaks and each was filled with fresh coffee, sweets and fruit. The staff were very nice and helpful especially the gentlemen at the entrance; helping guests with their luggage, always smiling and offering support. On the day I checked out, the gentleman waited with me outside for about 15 minutes until my taxi arrived so he can carry the luggage to the car. Even when I asked him to go inside (as it was very hot), he insisted on waiting and help out with the luggage. That was highly appreciated. My only critique is the gym on the 13th floor. It is isolated with no sunlight coming in, and small in size with outdated machines. I believe this should be upgraded to a better gym. I was always alone working out as no guests were coming to the gym, which I assume was due to the condition of the gym. Thanks for the wonderful stay, I will be coming back Inshallah for future business trips.

I had an excellent stay at Landmark Amman Hotel! The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient—without a doubt one of the fastest and easiest check-ins I’ve ever experienced. The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, modern, and well maintained, making the overall stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Omar at the reception. He was exceptionally polite, elegant in his manner, professional, and genuinely helpful. I trusted him to receive a package on my behalf and gave him the payment for it. He handled everything flawlessly and returned everything to me with complete professionalism and honesty. His service truly stood out and reflects very highly on the hotel. My reservation did not include breakfast, so I can’t personally comment on the food. However, judging by the outstanding standards of service and attention to detail throughout the hotel, I would expect the dining experience to be just as excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

The hotel is well known for its conference and business facilities, but it also provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for leisure guests. The overall environment is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious public areas that reflect a high standard of quality. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed ensured a good night’s sleep, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a convenient and relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness throughout my stay, keeping everything fresh and well organized. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and international selections. The restaurant staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service during every meal. The hotel’s facilities, including meeting rooms, conference halls, swimming pool, and fitness center, were well maintained and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Everything was organized and efficient, making the stay smooth and comfortable. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the staff. Every interaction—from reception to housekeeping and restaurant teams—was polite, helpful, and focused on guest satisfaction. Their attention to detail made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. Overall, Landmark Amman Hotel & Conference Center offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and business-friendly facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman for work or leisure and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I did my AP exams in this hotel. The organization at Landmark Hotel for the AP exams Precalculus and CSP, were honestly amazing. Everything was very organized and smooth from the moment we arrived, and the staff were helpful and respectful throughout the exams. The environment was calm and comfortable which really helped with focusing and reducing stress. Huge appreciation to everyone involved for making the experience much better for students.
