Arrival - Antigua

Welcome to Antigua! Upon arrival at VC Bird International Airport, you will be met by your private driver and will be driven approximately 20 to 40 minutes to the accommodation of your choice. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Spend your day at leisure, relaxing on the beach or exploring the island. You may want to consider a private island safari via Land Rover. Enjoy amazing views of the harbor and island from Convent Hill, learn about local history and folklore from your guide, and have lunch at the historic sugarcane plantation Betty’s Hope dating from 1650. Top off your day with a stop at the Devil’s Bridge scenic rock formation and some sun and sand at beautiful Long Bay Beach.

Spend your day at leisure, relaxing on the beach or exploring the island. Consider a catamaran snorkeling excursion to Cades Reef. Enjoy views of the coastline as you sail to the reef, then dive in for a colorful snorkeling experience. A Caribbean barbecue lunch awaits you upon your return to the boat, then head for one of the island’s secluded bays for swimming and sunbathing.

Spend your day at leisure, relaxing on the beach or exploring the island. You may want to see more of Antigua with a half-day tour of the island. Enjoy spectacular views of the island and harbor from Shirley Heights and take a leisurely stroll through the lush beauty of the park. Then visit Nelson’s Dockyard where you’ll learn about the history of this important landmark and have an opportunity to stroll through the many shops, galleries, and restaurants of the meticulously restored area.
