Start your day with a visit to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples, located about 280 kilometers south of Aswan. Other options include visiting the Aswan High Dam, a remarkable engineering feat, and is worth a visit. This modern structure transformed the Nile River and helped control its annual flooding.
