Dijon - Arrival

Deluxe Hotels: Chateau de Gilly or similar accommodations

Upon arrival to Beaune train station, meet your driver for a private transfer to your selected hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore. You may consider an optional private walking tour of Dijon, exploring the romantic, medieval and Renaissance buildings from the 14th and 15th centuries.

Cote-de-Beaune Wineries

Deluxe Hotels: Chateau de Gilly or similar accommodations

Meet your guide at the hotel for a full day tour of the polychromatic Hospices de Beaune and wine tastings. Begin with the Hospices, founded in 1443 and famous for its multi-colored roof. Explore the interior including the Salle des Pôvre, where the sick were held, the kitchens, and other rooms holding artefacts and tapestries, including The Last Judgement triptych by Rogier Van Der Weyden. Continue with a private visit and tasting at Chateau de Meursault, including six of their finest wines. Later, taste a variety of wines at a winery founded in 1880. (B)

You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred directly to the train station or airport to continue on to your next destination. (B)
