Buenos Aires, Argentina– Arrival

Upon arrival at Buenos Aires Airport, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Buenos Aires City Tour

The City Tour includes attractions such as the 9 de Julio Avenue, the Obelisk and Corrientes Street. First stop at the Plaza de Mayo to visit the Cathedral and the Cabildo (Old City Hall). Continue towards the most traditional neighborhood of Buenos Aires, San Telmo, which is characterized by its old colonial houses and the cobblestoned streets. Then continue to the La Boca neighborhood located in the south of the city, with colorful zinc houses that were once refuge and home to immigrants and artists. Soon after, continues to Puerto Madero, the old port of the city that was turned into one of the most exclusive gastronomic and residential areas in Buenos Aires. After, continue to Palermo: one of the largest areas in the city and where it is possible to find the popular park of Palermo with more or less 300 ha (741 acres) of gardens and artificial ponds surrounded by elegant buildings. Finally, visit Recoleta, which is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods and where, among other attractions, the Recoleta Cemetery can be found, as well as bars, cafes and upscale restaurants. (B)

Mendoza Lujan de Cuyo Excursion

Depart for Lujan de Cuyo, homeland of the Malbec grapevine. Argentina is internationally recognized for the high quality of Malbec wines. We will visit three exclusive wineries where we will enjoy guided wine tastings starting with Achaval Ferrer winery, a cozy yet modern building located at the margins of the Mendoza River. Continue to Casarena Winery, located in a restored centenary building surrounded by natural beauty. Our last stop will be in Dominio del Plata winery, widely renowned for the major work they have done on counseling national and international companies in the wine sector. Here we will enjoy a five-course lunch paired with 5 top-class wines. (B, L)

Santiago de Chile

Get to know Santiago with its blend of the old and the modern. Our tour through Santiago will show the immensity of the city, its varied geography, and vibrancy. We will guide you through Plaza de Armas, Main square of Santiago, where the cathedral, main post office and city hall are located. Next stop is the civic neighborhood and surroundings of La Moneda government palace. Continue through some of the historic neighborhoods of Santiago such as Republica and Concha y Toro, then visit the modern eastern part of the city to see how the neighborhoods have changed. We finish our tour in a handicraft store located in an upscale area, where we'll appreciate with a Pisco Sour and Lapis lazuli masterpieces, made with this stone that is found only in Chile and Afghanistan. (B)

Santiago de Chile - Casablanca Valley Excursion

Casablanca Valley is one of Chile’s supreme wine regions, situated on the coastal valleys of the Valparaiso Region. Here you will visit Viña Emiliana, one of the largest organic wineries in the world. After a tour of the gardens and vineyards (don’t miss the free-roaming alpacas that serve to control pests), visitors are invited to share in a sweet and magical experience: a wine and chocolate pairing, with chocolates sourced from a local organic chocolatier. Following breakfast, you will be transferred to Santiago Airport for your flight back home. (B)
