Buenos Aires - Arrival

Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Buenos Aires Highlights

This morning enjoy a tour of Buenos Aires. Your first stop will be May Square, the site of the most important historical events. Continue along May Avenue and visit Buenos Aires' oldest residential neighborhood - San Telmo. Walk along its cobble-stoned streets and discover its antique shops and picturesque buildings. Visit the colorful La Boca district, travel along Madero Port and pass through the Retiro and Palermo neighborhoods before arriving at Recoleta. Visit Eva Peron's final resting place at the Recoleta Cemetery. The afternoon is at leisure. In the evening consider watching an optional Tango Show. (B)

Buenos Aires

Today is free to explore this fascinating city. You may want to consider joining a full-day tour to a traditional "Estancia" (Ranch). Here you can enjoy a "Gaucho Party", a typical argentine BBQ, and a show with music, dances, and carriage rides. (B)

Buenos Aires - Mendoza

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Mendoza (not included). Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. (B)

Mendoza Region

Enjoy a full-day wine tour of the two main departments of the wine producing areas of Mendoza - Maipu and Lujan de Cuyo. With vineyards planted at altitudes between 2,600 and 3,600 ft, the Lujan de Cuyo region is known particularly for its Malbec. You will visit Vineyards’ Wine Cellars and have lunch at a local winery. Mendoza Region

Have a day at rest or join an optional tour that offers you the opportunity to blend your own wines. This program invites guests to a hands-on activity combining different varieties of wines to create a superior composite. (B)

Mendoza - Bariloche

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to San Carlos de Bariloche (not included). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. (B)

Bariloche

This morning enjoy an excursion along Nahuel Huapi Lake visiting Melipal, Playa Bonita, the Llao Llao District (with a magnificent view of the snow-capped Cerro Tronador), Puerto Panuelo and Lopez Bay. You will walk for about 40 minutes on even terrain and explore the local forest. The afternoon is at leisure. (B)

Enjoy a day at leisure or consider taking an optional excursion to Victoria Island and the Arrayanes Forest. (B)

Bariloche - Iguassu Falls

You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Iguassu Falls (not included). Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day will be at your leisure. (B)

Iguassu Falls

Today you will visit the Argentinian Falls. The Iguassu National Park bears the name of the river serving as its northern border, which means great waters in the Guarani language. Surrounded by lush subtropical rainforest, you will find the Iguassu Falls. Its water volume and more than 275 falls place it among the most important and spectacular waterfalls in the world. You will visit the heart of the waterfalls on different footbridges and appreciate them from different angles. The highlight of the trip is a visit to the suspended platform at the very edge of the Devil’s Throat – the largest of the waterfalls. (B)

Iguassu Falls - Return

In the morning join a tour of the Brazilian side of the falls which offers a more panoramic view than the Argentinian side, allowing guests to get a sense of the power of the rushing water. At the end of your tour an elevator provides speedy access to a viewing platform at the foot of the falls. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport to join your flight to your next destination. (B)
