On your free day in Elounda, you have a multitude of options to make the most of your time. Another enticing choice is to venture to Plaka, a charming village renowned for its delightful fish restaurants. Plaka also serves as the starting point for an enchanting boat trip to Spinalonga Island, making it an excellent opportunity to explore this fascinating historical site.

For a leisurely day in Elounda, we recommend starting your day with a morning visit to the renowned Knossos Palace, where you can delve into the captivating world of Minoan ruins and witness the ongoing excavations that bring history to life.
