Frankfurt- Arrival

Upon arrival to Frankfurt, meet your private driver for transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.At this special time of the year, you can visit several Christmas Markets in the city: in Römerberg, on the Paulsplatz, on Mainkai, in Hauptwache, or on the Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz. You can also make the most of your visit of Frankfurt to discover the Goethe House, the birthplace of this great German poet, or go shopping on the famous commercial street “Zeil”.

Frankfurt - Würzburg - Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Travel from Frankfurt to Würzburg and enjoy a sightseeing tour of a city with more than 1300 years of history. The old Residence of Würzburg is a UNESCO Heritage site. Continue to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the most beautiful city along the famous Romantic route. It's small streets and historic buildings remind us of medieval times. Visit the city and tour the Christmas market. (B)

Rothenburg ob der Tauber - Nuremberg

Continue to Nuremberg, an old city of History but also of Culture, even more charming during winter. Explore the city with your guide: it is the perfect period to discover the old town and several places full of the magic Christmas‘ atmosphere. The Christkind lesmarket, Nuremberg’s Christmas market, is one of the most famous markets in Germany. With almost 400 years of history, the market attracts more than 2 million visitors a year. One should not miss the opportunity to find some Christmas gifts and taste some German traditional pastries together with the famous German mulled wine. (B)

Nuremberg - Dresden

In the morning depart to Dresden. Dresden is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. The sheer wealth and splendour of its cultural treasures will definitely take your breath away. Visit the famous  "Striezelmarkt" Christmas market, which has preserved its distinctive character since 1434. Every year more than 2.5 million people visit Dresden‘s Altmarkt square to soak up the bustling atmosphere of this charming market. (B)

Dresden - Berlin

In the morning City Tour of Dresden. Visit the recently restored Frauenkirche church, the famous Dresden Opera House, the Imperial Zwinger palace and enjoy a stroll along the Elbe River. At noon, travel to Berlin. The German capital is one of the most important cities in Europe, bursting with ideas, inspiration, art, culture and creativity. Visit one of the many Christmas markets in this vibrant capital. (B)

In the morning you will start the day with a visit to the TV tower for a spectacular view over the capital. Afterwards you visit Berlin’s well known historic locations, like its prestigious Unter den Linden boulevard, the State Opera and the Brandenburg Gate. There will also be time to explore the modern parts of the city, such as the German Parliament and Potsdam Square. The afternoon is free to explore the city at your leisure to enjoy this last day in Germany with the charming December atmosphere. (B)
