We love this Fs location so much that it isn't the first time we've stayed here. The Four Seasons Otemachi is a top-notch hotel for families if they want headache-free service—from unpacking packages to helping me with three kids after a long flight from NYC. Everyone greets you with a smile. Service is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, which is such a blessing for someone like me who hates contacting by phone. And Dung in room dining is amazing and super friendly, helping me as a mom dealing with jetlag at 3am, providing all food and fruit with competence and care. Love it!
Another wonderful stay at Four Seasons Otemachi. The service was excellent as always, the room was spacious, and I loved the Frédéric Malle amenities. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the indoor pool and Japanese-style baths were perfect for relaxing. The location is also very convenient, with Otemachi Station directly below the hotel and it’s so close to Tokyo Station. Looking forward to coming back.
My husband and I recently visited Japan and ended our trip with a night at Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi. It was truly incredible. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make us feel special with a note on our hotel window, champagne, oranges and chocolate. The pool and spa are incredibly and I enjoyed swimming laps with a view of the Tokyo skyline. We enjoyed drinks at the hotel bar which we received excellent service at in addition to wonderful cocktails and complimentary champagne for our anniversary. In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and everything we had to eat was delicious. We also were treated to a fruit plate for our anniversary. Everything about this stay was 5 stars!
We spent our final 3 days of our Japan trip at this hotel and I am so glad we did - saved the best until last! From the moment we arrived, we were treated extremely well (and it was not overwhelming in any way). My parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond to celebrate with us - from complimentary champagne & cake in our room, hand written letters and even a message on our window! My favourite part was the breakfast buffet which was just outstanding. The selection was incredible - from Japanese options to Western style too. You can order from an A La Carte menu as well as the buffet which is just amazing. I asked for chia seeds from the kitchen and the lovely staff did not even hesitate to honour my request - they remembered the following day and brought me chia seeds again without me asking (thank you Eri for being so lovely!). We also had dinner at the Pigneto restaurant (Italian) and this was the best evening we had in Japan. We started on the outdoor terrace for a glass of champagne and had dinner inside sat by the window to enjoy the Imperial garden views. The food was undeniably incredible and Yuhei looked after us the entire evening and was an incredible host. Thank you!!! I could go on and on about this hotel but to put it into perspective - we kept saying how we’ve never experienced such high level service without it feeling inauthentic. It was just faultless. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay a truly unforgettable one🤍
Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi was nothing short of exceptional. Having stayed at many Four Seasons properties around the world, I can confidently say that the service here is elite, even by Four Seasons standards.
From the moment we arrived, every interaction felt warm, genuine, and highly personalized. The team consistently anticipated our needs and delivered a level of hospitality that made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.
A special mention also goes to the in-room dining, which was outstanding. As we were frequently in and out of the property exploring Tokyo, it became our go-to option whenever we wanted something reliable, delicious, and convenient. The pizza was excellent, and the club sandwich quickly became a staple for us during our stay—one of those dishes you find yourself ordering repeatedly because it's just that good.
The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with stunning views over Tokyo and a sense of calm that is hard to find in such a dynamic city. Combined with the impeccable service, it made for a truly memorable experience. Without a doubt, this will be our first choice whenever we return to Tokyo.
