Yoori-san (a wonderful staff member) personally made sure our entire stay was nothing short of perfect — her care and professionalism made all the difference. We were so impressed that we’ve already decided to make The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa our annual family destination. The nearby beaches are absolutely jaw-dropping, and the local restaurants serving amazing Japanese, Okinawan, and even Hawaiian-inspired dishes added another layer of delight to our trip. The Ritz-Carlton, as always, delivers, but for me it’s not all about the place; it’s the people, and Okinawa was truly an experience in that regard. We came during the off-season, and the resort was relatively low on staff. Two particular staff members interacted with us daily and made our experience memorable and personable. Emma and Sushant went above and beyond their duties, personally and professionally educating us on local history, culture, and connecting with us personally.
