Kathmandu - Arrival

Upon arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to your selected hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure after a brief of your daily activities.

Discover Kathmandu

This morning, you have the option of enjoying a short flight over the imposing and astounding Mt. Everest; one of the must-see landmarks of Nepal is of course the highest peak in the world. This one-hour flight takes you the Eastern Himalayan Ranges of Nepal, some of the highest peaks in the world. Later in the morning, your guide will meet you at your hotel for a private city highlights tour of Kathmandu. Visit Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa, said to be 2000-years-old. In the afternoon, proceed to Patan Durbar Square and the Tibetan Handicraft Center, on the southern side of the Bagmati River, Patan is a destination for connoisseurs of fine arts, filled with wood and stone carvings, metal statues, ornate architecture, including dozens of Buddhist and Hindu temples, and over 1200 monuments. Kathmandu with Pashupatinath & Bhaktapur

After breakfast, meet your guide for a private exploration of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. In Bhadgaon, you will visit the Durbar Square with its array of temples, overlooked by the Palace of 55 Windows. The Nyatapola Temple is the best example of the Pagoda style temple and stands on five terraces, atop each of which stands a pair of figures - two famous strong men, two elephants, two lions, two griffins and two goddesses. Continue with Pashupatinath Temple, dating back to 400 A.D and one of the oldest Hindu Temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Boudhanath Stupa, one of the oldest and largest Buddhist monuments ever built in Nepal; Boudhanath is one of the holiest structures with three massive Mandala-style platforms. (B)

Kathmandu - Return

You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport to continue on to your next destination. (B)
