We had a great two-night stay and were really impressed overall. The resort and our villa were stunning, and it was a beautiful location with a great sense of privacy. We’d also like to give a special mention to our butler, Khun Pae, who truly went above and beyond with all of our needs, both expected and unexpected. She made the whole experience so much better for us. The only thing that let the experience down was our arrival. We arrived at a fairly quiet time, and although the staff had just finished helping another guest, no one greeted us or offered to help with our luggage. It wasn’t a huge issue in itself, but for a hotel of this calibre, it should be second nature for the staff. It made for a surprisingly disappointing first impression. Thankfully, that was the only negative, and everything else exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
