Lisbon- Arrival

Welcome to Portugal! Upon arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to your selected hotel. Tonight, relax and enjoy some time at leisure for dinner on your own.

Lisbon

Today, explore this charming city on your own or consider taking a private city highlights tour of Lisbon, capital of Portugal, colonized by many civilizations through the centuries including the Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Moors and finally the Portuguese after 1147.

Lisbon - Coimbra - Private Afternoon City Tour

Take morning train to Coimbra. Upon arrival, make your own way to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. In the afternoon, we suggest you to take half day private tour of the historical city. Visit old University, chapel and its Baroque library. After visiting this area, you will walk down the hill towards the Machado de Castro Museum, displaying sculpture, archaeology, painting, gold-smithery, and ceramics, and the Sé Velha, or Ancient Cathedral.

Coimbra - Porto

In the morning, consider taking a private tour to Sichist da Lousa known as “magical villages” and dates back to medieval times. Check out from your hotel and make your own way to the station for Porto Train Upon arrival make your own way to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Explore Porto

Explore historical “Oporto” at your pace. We suggest you to take River Cruise to Aveiro & Costa Nova or day trip to Braga and Guimaraes depending on your travel interests.

Porto to Douro Valley

Today, you will be privately transferred to your hotel in Douro Valley. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Explore Douro Valley

Today, enjoy Douro Valley at your pace. You can take leisurely walk around Pinhao Valley vineyards, visit farm house to taste local cuisine and delicious wine. We suggest you to stop by Vila Nova de Gaia cellars for Port wine tasting. For the evening, you can consider a sunset cruise on Douro River.

Douro Valley - Porto - Departure

In the morning, you will be transferred to Porto to continue on your next destination.
