Maun - Linyanti Wildlife Reserve - Arrival

Luxury Safari Camp: King's Pool or similar accommodations

Upon arrival to Maun Airport, make your way to the domestic lines for your flight to Linyanti (ticket included). Upon arrival, you will be met by a lodge representative and driver to be transferred by shared vehicle to your lodge for check-in. Bordering Chobe National Park and located in Linyanti Region, the Kings Pool is remarkable with herds of elephant that reach enormous numbers in the winter months. Kings Pool offers nine luxurious tented suites, overlooking the hippo filled lagoon, featuring a large bedroom, reading lounge, private plunge pool and outdoor day bed gazebo. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore. (D)

Kings Pool Game Drives

Luxury Safari Camp: King's Pool or similar accommodations

Kings Pool Camp overlooks the Kings Pool Lagoon and Linyanti River, an area with a large wildlife concentration and diversity of species, most notably the enormous herds of elephant and buffalo. Kings Pool also has a good density of predators such as lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog and hyena that are regularly sighted. Enjoy twice-daily scheduled camp activities throughout the day with professional guides in custom 4x4 vehicles. In season, guided boating safaris will be available as well. (B,L,D)Note: Guests aged 75 years and over need to produce a medical certificate regarding their fitness level should they wish to partake in a game walk; all walks are based at the discretion of the guide.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your return flight to Maun Airport (ticket included) to continue on to your next destination. (B)
