Day 7: Masai Mara — A Full Day in the Wild
Today is devoted entirely to the Masai Mara. For an unforgettable start, consider an optional sunrise hot air balloon safari: drifting silently over the plains as dawn breaks, you gaze down on herds of wildlife before landing for a celebratory bush breakfast. Otherwise, enjoy an early breakfast at camp, then set out with a picnic lunch for a full day of game viewing. With no need to return to camp, you can range deep into the reserve, following the rhythm of the wildlife wherever it leads. From July to October, this may mean witnessing the Great Migration’s dramatic river crossings, as wildebeest and zebra brave crocodile-filled waters. Return to camp as evening falls for a farewell dinner beneath the stars and your final night on safari.
