Hotel Vernet

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Vernet. The location is excellent—the Arc de Triomphe is just around the corner, and several metro stations are within a five-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient to explore Paris. The staff provided world-class, personalized service and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The restaurant’s stunning dome design is truly artistic, and dining there feels like enjoying a meal in a palace. The chef prepares exquisite French cuisine, and I highly recommend trying the chicken breast or the fish of the day—you won’t regret it! A wonderful choice for anyone looking to experience Paris in a stylish, welcoming, and distinctly French setting. We would happily stay here again!

Amazing stay at Hotel Vernet. Upon arrival, we were puzzled by the extensive construction work on the street. We asked if it would be possible to have a room away from the street, and, thanks to our Amex The Hotel Collection benefits, we were upgraded to an incredible suite. The hotel is classic yet modern, with a great location. The breakfast was plentiful and very good, and the sandwiches were excellent. Service was top-notch. Every employee we interacted with was professional, kind, and helpful—from check-in and check-out, to the doormen and waiters, to calling taxis for us and even arranging for a technician when we lost electricity in our room. A special shout-out to Nourredine, whose genuine smile and kindness made breakfast truly enjoyable. You can train people to be professional, but you can't train someone to have such a naturally warm and genuine character. The only negatives that stood out during our stay were: * The steps leading down to the restaurant area are all black, making them difficult to see and potentially a safety hazard. Several people tripped, myself included. This is something the hotel should consider addressing. * One of the head waiters was quite loud and sometimes gave confusing instructions to the staff, which was noticeable in the dining area. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Our family of four stayed here for the week. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the breakfast restaurant and their team there! The breakfast is delicious. My kids who refuse to eat eggs at home devoured their scrambled eggs every morning with freshly baked croissants and freshly squeezed juice. The team was attentive and specially patient with the kids. Highly recommend the restaurant and the hotel!

Fantastic hotel and service and food. So happy to have chosen this hotel. Worth every penny. Location is perfection and the service and rooms are truly spectacular. And the. Real fast is unbelievable. Even during the heat wave, the hotel ac kept us cool and collected.
