Park Hyatt Paris-vendome

This hotel provides a great experience. The most exceptional part is the service. It's rare that I would say a hotel is "overstaffed", but there are always enough staff to help you, and they are very professional and helpful. The room was nice. It's dated but well-maintained. The Park Hyatt Milan has a more modern room. My particular unit had some weird slanting walls. It could be a good idea to add some padding as it is possible to hit your head on it. The bathroom and housekeeping were both good. Acknowledgement of birthday was great. The spa is very good. The concierge desk is friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good. It is near a lot of luxury stores, but it's still close to major tourism sites and has plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was enjoyable. I wish the buffet was a bit larger or had more rotating items but it was still good and the made to order items are excellent. The first French toast I had was exceptional. You can order room service breakfast at any time, which is impressive. The restaurant Pur was solid. It feels like a proper Michelin one star restaurant. For the price, I think there can be better value for the tasting menu at other places, but it's a good option for a special occasion. Overall, I recommend this hotel, and it will make for an enjoyable time in Paris.

Wow! The Park Hyatt exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect! Our rooms were a decent size for Paris. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping and turn down service was excellent! They definitely go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at the PH Paris with my husband. Location, room, service, breakfast, spa area all top-notch. No complaints. It was such a treat to take a dip in the spa and sauna after a long day of walking around. Highly recommend this property, especially if you can get a room at a decent points rate.

It was a perfect experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a beautiful place to stay in Paris. Rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast was incredible! Try both benedicts, you won't regret it. Turn down services were so sweet and thoughtful. They decorated for our wedding anniversary and left us a bottle of champagne and pastries to surprise us! The spa is open 7am-10pm and I went every chance I got for jacuzzi, steam and sauna access included in your stay. The concierge got us very hard to get reservations at hot spots in the city. Location is unbelievable for the best shopping in town. Rocio and her team are the best in the Paris!
