Day 1: Welcome to Santiago | Colonial Grandeur & A Chef's Table

Arrive in Santiago and transfer to an intimate boutique hotel in one of the city's finest neighborhoods — the perfect base from which to begin exploring one of South America's most vibrant and underrated capitals. A native-born guide leads an afternoon walking tour through the historic city center, past the colonial elegance of La Moneda Palace and the animated Plaza de Armas, before winding through the charming neighborhoods of Merced and Lastarria and the beautiful Parque Forestal along the banks of the Mapocho River. The evening elevates the experience entirely: dinner prepared alongside a local chef in his own home, stories exchanged over excellent wine in a setting of genuine, unhurried Chilean warmth.

Day 2: Valparaíso & The Casablanca Valley | Neruda, Neptune & Noble Vintages

A full-day coastal excursion reveals lovely Valparaíso — a historic port and university town of extraordinary character nestled between the mountains and sea. The morning brings Plaza de la Victoria with its Neptune Fountain, the animated harborside wharves, and a guided visit to La Sebastiana — the remarkable hilltop residence of Nobel Prize-winning poet Pablo Neruda, now a museum of rich cultural and literary depth. The afternoon pivots inland to the Casablanca Valley, where a celebrated family-run winery opens its cellar doors for an immersive tasting and lunch among the vines. The region's cool maritime climate produces wines of exceptional quality — the afternoon here is a revelation of both landscape and flavor.

Day

Day 3: Fly to Mendoza | Vineyards, Villas & The Andean Foothills

After breakfast, fly across the Andes into the heart of Argentina's most celebrated wine country. Mendoza arrives as a revelation: wide, tree-lined streets, intense mountain light, and a landscape of extraordinary viticultural richness stretching toward the snow-capped Andes. Guests choose from a selection of outstanding properties — from intimate vineyard lodges with private plunge pools and mountain-view terraces to elegant wine country retreats set among the vines — each delivering an exceptional base for exploring the region. Lunch provides a first, deeply promising encounter with Mendoza's outstanding wines before an afternoon of tailored private experiences: vineyard exploration on horseback, a hands-on cooking class, Andean trail walks, or curated wine tastings — each designed around the individual guest's desires.

Day

Day 4: Along the Wine Roads of Mendoza | Malbec, Mountains & Private Estates

A full day devoted to the vineyards and wineries of Mendoza — one of the world's great wine destinations — designed entirely around individual preference and pace. With a private guide and 4WD vehicle, explore boutique wineries and acclaimed estates where local experts reveal the art and science behind Argentina's signature varietals: the majestic Malbec, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, and the elegant whites — Torrontés, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc — that complete a cellar of remarkable depth and variety. Intimate tastings, scenic vineyard walks, and conversations with the winemakers who have devoted their lives to this extraordinary terroir combine into a day of complete, deeply flavorful immersion. Dinner returns to the property, where the evening's wines need no further introduction.

Day
5

Day 5: Fly to Bariloche | Into Patagonia's Breathtaking Lake District

Bid farewell to wine country and fly south into the breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia — one of the most dramatically beautiful regions on earth. The approach to Bariloche from the air delivers an immediate, overwhelming sense of scale: glacial lakes of impossible blue, ancient forest, and Andean peaks stretching in every direction. Guests select from a curated collection of exceptional lakeside properties — grand mountain lodge-style resorts inspired by the great alpine retreats of the world, intimate boutique hotels perched above the water, or private retreats offering sweeping views across Lake Nahuel Huapi — each one a destination in its own right. The afternoon is yours to explore the extraordinary hilltop setting at your own pace.

Day
6

Day 6: Bariloche & The Circuito Chico | Chairlifts, Summits & Sweeping Vistas

A classic exploration of Bariloche's most celebrated scenic route begins directly from the property, following quiet lakeside roads through forest and Andean foothills along the Circuito Chico. The morning's highlight is a chairlift ascent to the summit of Campanario Hill at 1,050 meters — a viewpoint considered among the finest in the entire Lakes District, its panorama taking in Lakes Nahuel Huapi and Moreno, the Trebol Pond, Victoria Island, and a succession of Andean peaks that recede toward the horizon in waves of extraordinary blue and white. Your guide leads additional walks to nearby lookouts for alternative perspectives on the same magnificent landscape before the return to your hotel — a property that, in this setting, never becomes ordinary.

Day 7: Fly to Buenos Aires | Recoleta, French Grandeur & First Impressions

A leisurely morning before transferring to the airport for the flight north to Buenos Aires — a city that operates at a frequency entirely its own: passionate, architecturally extraordinary, and possessed of a cultural confidence that announces itself from the very first taxi ride from the airport. Guests choose from an outstanding selection of luxury properties in the prestigious Recoleta neighborhood — elegant five-star hotels occupying beautifully restored belle époque buildings, sleek contemporary addresses with rooftop terraces, or intimate boutique retreats on tree-lined residential streets. An afternoon guided stroll through Recoleta's elegant French-inspired architecture closes at a celebrated local bar, where fine Argentine wine and beautiful surroundings provide a first, deeply satisfying encounter with the city that awaits.

The vibrant antique district of San Telmo and the colorful waterfront neighborhood of La Boca — birthplace of the Tango — follow, alongside the extraordinary subterranean tunnels and cisterns of the Zanjon de Granados and the magnificent statuary of Recoleta Cemetery, where Evita's much-visited tomb draws quiet pilgrimage from visitors worldwide.
