1

Sydney-Arrival

Upon arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to your selected hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

2

Cruise Sydney Harbor

Following breakfast at your hotel, your driver and local guide will pick you up for a private tour of Sydney. Begin with a drive around the historic Rocks precinct and the Circular Quay, the Opera house and the magnificent Botanical Gardens. Continue your tour through Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross and Rushcutter’s Bay. Have lunch while overlooking the harbor then drive through Darling Point, Sydney’s most affluent suburb, and traverse the coastline of the famous Bondi Beach. Your driver will take you back to the city at this point to drop you off at Darling Harbor where you will board your private yacht for a 2 hour sail around Sydney Harbor with a delicious afternoon tea. Following your cruise, your driver will meet you and your guide at Darling Point for a private transfer back to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of the evening at your leisure. (B,L)

Discover Hunter Valley

Meet your driver and guide at your hotel to begin your exploration of the oldest and best-known wine region in Australia, Hunter Valley. Travel north over the Sydney Harbor Bridge, with spectacular views of the harbor below, until you reach your first destination, a 5-star winery in the Mount View area of Hunter Valley. Enjoy a private tasting here and then continue on to Leogate Estate, an opulent cellar perfect for enjoying the award winning wines only available in Hunter Valley. Start your visit with a sampling of gourmet cheeses and wines followed by a tour of the onsite winery and a relaxing 2-course lunch, including a glass of wine! Enjoy your lunch then travel to Keith Tulloch Winery to sample the wines produced at this small, completely family owned vineyard. Early in the evening, you will return to your hotel for dinner on your own. (B,L)

Sydney – Ayers Rock

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at your hotel then meet your driver for a private transfer to Sydney Airport to catch your flight to Ayers Rock (not included). Upon arrival, you will board a shuttle for a short transfer to your hotel. You will have some time at your leisure in the afternoon to relax by the pool or visit the small township of Yulara before enjoying a dining experience under the stars! Tonight, travel by shared coach to the Uluru sunset viewing area to watch the striking change of color as the sun sets while enjoying canapes and a complimentary glass of wine. Once the sun as set and the stars appear, enjoy a 3-course buffet dinner under the velvet sky. Finish off your evening with a leisurely stroll through the expansive light installation, featuring millions of changing bulbs spread over the length of four football fields. (B,D)

Discover Ayers Rock

Leave your hotel early in the morning for a small group tour to Uluru where you will watch the sunrise over the famous monolith, Ayers Rock, where you will enjoy a picnic breakfast against the backdrop of one of Australia’s most famous landmarks. Later you will travel to Mutitjulu Waterhole to learn the creation stories of the Aboriginal people. Drive around the base of Uluru and enjoy the cultural stories of the Mala people. Return to your hotel in the afternoon for the remainder of the day at your leisure. (B)

Enjoy your last breakfast in the Outback before taking your shuttle transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairns (not included). Upon arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to your hotel for check-in. You’ll have some time at leisure this afternoon before meeting your local guide at your hotel for your evening tour at the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park. Take a journey into the dreamtime for an unforgettable evening of delicious food and world-class entertainment. Take part in a welcome ceremony with drinks and canapés, authentic music, chanting and dancing as the world famous Tjapukai performers take to the stage, followed by a spectacular fire-making Corroboree. Here you will enjoy a delectable hot and cold buffet, including seafood, before the night culminates with an intimate fireside chat with the performers. (B)

Snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef

Meet your driver at your hotel for a transfer to the Reef Marina (shared transfer) to board your yacht for a small group tour of the Great Barrier Reef. Your dedicated yacht crew will guide you on several snorkel tours of Tongue Reef and Horsehoe Bay, or, for non-swimmers, a glass-bottomed coral viewing boat is also available. Work up a healthy appetite swimming among the tropical coral before enjoying a delicious lunch on board, followed by more snorkeling! (B,L)

Rainforest and Beaches

Your naturalist guide will meet you at your hotel following breakfast for a breif introduction before a (shared) transfer north to Mossman along a scenic route. Lush farmland contrasts with seascape as you approach the majestic Daintree River. Relax and enjoy the splendor only the Daintree can offrer as you learn of Estuarine Crocodiles, mangrove forests and wildlife. An intimate rainforest experience awaits as you get up close with nature on an elevated National Park Boardwalk. If you’re lucky, you may even spot the rare and elusive Southern Cassowary, and other wildlife, as you tour the forest. Later, enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch with the unique opportunity to hand feed a kangaroo! Travel by 4WD beyond Cape Tribulation to Emmagen Creek for a refreshing fresh water swim. Indulge in the flavor of exotic fruits and a cup of traditional Billy Tea as you watch for exotic birds and fresh water fish. Next, stroll along the picturesque Cape Tribulation Beach boardwalk for amazing photo opportunities of the surrounding mountains and coast. Explore Cairns

Spend a full day at your leisure today to explore the fascinating city of Cairns. Enjoy a stroll along the famous esplanade. You may even consider an optional tour to the Chillagoe Outback  for a remarkable journey back to prehistoric times. Visit the Skybury Coffee Plantation then continue your scenic drive through the Australian Outback, historical towns and rolling hills. Finally, arrive at Chillagoe where you will discover the smelting history of the region. Enjoy a delicious pub lunch then set off for a National Park caves tour. These caves are actually fossilized remains of ancient coral reefs with hidden limestone labyrinths, like a portal to a lost world. Leave the caves and head to Granite Gorge to visit its large population of wallabies before heading back to Cairns. (B,L)

Cairns – Return

You will be picked up from your hotel for a private transfer to Cairns Airport to continue on to your next destination. (B)
