Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge - Special Class

We booked our recent stay through Booking.com. Before arriving, I noticed on the hotel’s official website that complimentary airport transfers were offered for stays of two nights or more, but it was not clearly stated that this was only available to guests who booked directly through the hotel. We communicated with the hotel via WhatsApp, and I expressed my disappointment about the misunderstanding. To our delight, the hotel was not only willing to honour the complimentary transfer, but Sinan, the Front Office Manager, also surprised us with a wonderful room upgrade. The upgrade was spectacular: a beautiful two-storey duplex with a large private patio and wonderful views. After returning from our hot air balloon flight, we were even able to catch the last remaining balloons descending over Cappadocia from our patio, making the experience even more memorable. With only 11 rooms, the hotel has an intimate and tranquil atmosphere, with impeccable service throughout. The restaurant team provided exceptional service each morning, making breakfast a highlight, along with the fresh fruit and vegetables grown in the hotel’s own garden. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Özlem, who was extremely friendly and shared some great insights for future travels in Türkiye. One small detail that may not matter to everyone, but was a much-appreciated touch for us, was having an Apple TV made available in our room upon request. As Cappadocia was the final destination of a long trip, we appreciated being able to relax and easily watch shows in English. What began with a simple misunderstanding turned into a truly memorable stay. Thank you to Sinan, Özlem and the entire team. For anyone planning a visit to Cappadocia, we would happily recommend this little gem and hope your stay is every bit as special as ours was.

We chose Ariana Sustainable Lodge for a portion of our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better spot. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed, and the service throughout was friendly, attentive, and genuinely personal. The team helped us arrange a wonderful full-day private tour with Sevda, a proud Cappadocian who shared her deep knowledge and obvious love of the region; she made the day truly memorable. As a final thoughtful touch, our flight out was before the restaurant opened, so the staff prepared a breakfast bag for us to take along. Little gestures like that are what set this place apart. My stay at Ariana Hotel was absolutely wonderful, far beyond what I expected. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Whether it was helping with check-in or checking on our needs throughout the stay, his warm smile and sincere attitude made all the difference. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Sinan. Her service was outstanding – she was always quick to respond, polite, and incredibly thoughtful. She even remembered some of our small preferences, which truly touched us. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-equipped, but it's people like Aycon and Sinan who make a stay truly memorable. My stay at Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge in Cappadocia was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a terrace room, and waking up in the morning to breathtaking views of the hot air balloons floating over Cappadocia was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Sinan, who kindly helped me charge my electronics after I realized I had forgotten my charger. His level of attentiveness and genuine care really stood out. The entire team was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with anything I needed during my stay. The food was delicious, the hot tub was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring, and every detail of the property was thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. Even when I broke a nail, one of the staff members took the time to help me superglue it back together—a small gesture that perfectly reflects the exceptional hospitality here. The views, service, accommodations, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
