Each year, around 150 market houses invite you to enjoy the beautiful pre-Christmas period in one of the largest covered Christmas markets in Europe. In the heart of Zurich, with direct access to trains, buses and trams, and in the immediate vicinity of the famous Bahnhofstrasse, lies the Christkindlimarkt of Zurich. Later, travel by train to Lucerne. Set against the backdrop of Mount Rigi and Mount Pilatus, Lucerne is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Switzerland. The old city features some of the oldest covered ridges in Europe, charming cobblestone streets, baroque churches and historic buildings decorated with lovely frescoes. In the heart of the medieval old town, around the Franciscan church, there is a contemplative atmosphere of Advent. In the afternoon, return to Zurich by train. Overnight in Zurich. (B)

In the morning, travel by train to Constance in Germany. The city is located on the shores of Lake Constance, the largest lake in Germany. The Christmas market of Constanza extends from the historic center of the city to the port. At the same time, this is the most popular Christmas market on Lake Constance, which attracts more than 450,000 visitors each year. The special here is the “Christmas Boat” which can be found on the pier. In the afternoon, return to Zurich by train. Overnight in Zurich. (B)
