Continue to Erice, a historical walled town perched on the top of the mountain. Your final destination today will be Agrigento where you will stop for the night. (B)

This morning, explore the great Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Continue to Piazza Armerina to visit the magnificent Villa Romana del Casale. The remnants of this 3rd-4th century Roman villa contain some of the most well-preserved and fantastic mosaics in the world. You will reach Siracusa in the afternoon where you can visit its Roman amphitheater and the small island of Ortigia. (B)
