Arrive in Bogotá, Colombia’s bustling capital, and check into a luxury boutique hotel. Begin your culinary adventure with a street food tour in La Candelaria, sampling arepas (corn cakes with cheese & butter), ajiaco (hearty chicken & potato soup), and chicha, a traditional fermented corn drink. Explore Paloquemao Market, one of the largest in Colombia, where you’ll discover exotic tropical fruits, fresh herbs, and local spices. End the day with dinner at Leo, a Michelin-starred restaurant celebrating ancestral Colombian ingredients.

Coffee & Chocolate in the Andean Highlands
Travel into the Andean countryside to visit a traditional coffee farm, where you’ll experience coffee picking, roasting, and a guided tasting session. Enjoy lunch at a hacienda, featuring the classic Bandeja Paisa—a platter with beans, plantains, rice, chorizo, and avocado. In the afternoon, visit a cacao plantation for a bean-to-bar chocolate-making workshop, where you’ll learn about the process of creating artisanal Colombian chocolate. Return to Bogotá for an aguardiente (Colombian liquor) & chocolate pairing session.

Bid farewell to Colombia as you take a private transfer to Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG) for departure.
