Any additional services booked including travel insurance, additions to the itinerary, etc. must be paid for using a separate payment form. Solo fees are due at booking. The single supplement charge is $500 for departure dates Jan 12, 19, 26, Feb 2, 9, 16, 23, March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Apr 6, 20, 27, and May 5. All reservations must be confirmed by December 15, 2016. All reservations are subject to availability. If any outstanding balance is not received within 45 days prior to departure, the land portion of your booking is cancelled automatically. Participants waive any charge-back rights and, in the event of dispute, requests for a refund must be made using the procedures described herein. Airfare nonrefundable after ticketed.Cancellations: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Keytours Vacations. A $150 fee per person will be charged for all cancellations. The cost of all airline tickets and taxes are non-refundable after a booking is confirmed. Additionally, the following scale of charges will apply as a percentage of total service price when notice occurs within 60 days of service start: 60-31 days prior - 20%; 30-14 days prior - 40%; 13-3 days prior - 70%; Later Cancellations and No Shows - 100%
