Start your Big Apple adventure with some of the city’s iconic sites: take a ride to the top of the Empire State Building for amazing views, experience the unparalleled energy of Times Square, browse the designer boutiques on 5th Avenue (or just marvel at the gorgeous window displays), and grab a slice of classic NYC pizza.

Discover all the excitement New York has to offer today. Consider a Hop On Hop Off bus tour to hit the major sights and get a feel for the city. Ride the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island, relax amongst the greenery in Central Park, or wander some of the city’s colorful neighborhoods like Little Italy, Chinatown, or the Village. Culture lovers won’t want to miss the legendary Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim, or Natural History Museum. This evening, you may want to catch a show on Broadway, enjoy a drink at a jazz club, or seek out the city’s famed nightlife.

New York City - Philadelphia

Enjoy a classic New York bagel for breakfast, then head for Philadelphia. Stroll the cobblestone streets of Philadelphia’s Historic District where you can tour Independence Hall, see the Liberty Bell, visit the Betsy Ross house and take a walk down Elfreth’s Alley, the oldest continuously inhabited street in the United States. Make sure to try some of Philly’s famous cuisine: grab a cheesesteak, hoagie, or soft pretzel!

Philadelphia - Washington D.C.

Enjoy a traditional Amish breakfast at the Reading Terminal Market and visit the many fresh market stalls, then make the drive to Washington D.C. Here in the nation’s capital, spend your afternoon strolling along the Mall, home to many of the country’s most iconic structures including the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Monument, and the US Capitol building. Consider a sunset cruise along the Potomac explore DC’s exciting food scene.

Washington D.C.

Spend your day exploring the District’s endless offerings of history, culture, and entertainment. You may want to visit the dizzying array of monuments and memorials: the Jefferson Memorial (and the famous cherry trees lining the surrounding Tidal Basin), the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, the Vietnam Memorial, National World War II Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, and many more. Or visit some of DC’s famous museums, including the Air and Space Museum, Natural History Museum, National Gallery of Art, US Holocaust Museum, Museum of African American History, or even the International Spy Museum. Washington D.C. - Homeward Bound

Have breakfast at one of DC’s many neighborhood spots, then return your rental car to Dulles airport and board your flight home.
