Paris - Honfleur - Arrival
Pick up your car this morning and drive northwest through charming Normandy villages. You may want to stop by Giverny to visit Monet’s home and garden and the historic cathedral city of Rouen, where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake. Overnight in the picturesque seaport of Honfleur.

Honfleur - Caen
Enjoy your day in Honfleur or nearby seaside resort of Deauville. Afternoon, proceed to Caen to explore this historic city with its numerous museums, churches and picturesque markets. (B)

Caen and D-Day Landing Beaches
Today, visit the Caen Memorial. In the afternoon, join a tour of the D-Day landing beaches with visits to the artificial harbor of Arromanches, the battery at Longues-sur-mer, the American Military cemetery at Colleville, Omaha Beach and La Pointe du Hoc. (B)

Caen - Mont Saint Michel
If you would like, visit the famous tapestry in Bayeux and continue to Mont Saint Michel, one of France’s most splendid abbeys and a “Wonder of the Western World”. It is a place of pilgrimage since the middle Ages, built on an island surrounded by the sea and quicksand. (B)

Mont Saint Michel - Return
You may want to visit fortified port of Saint Malo, where you can walk on top of this town’s walls, and historic Dinard, before returning to Paris to drop off your car. (B)
