Tokyo-Arrival

Welcome to Tokyo! Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure in this magical city.

Tokyo

Today explore the magnificent city of Tokyo on your own or take one of the recommended optional tours. See major attractions that include the Meiji Shrine, the Ghibli Museum, Senso-Ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. You may want to visit Shinjuku, Ginza or wander through the shops at Tsukiji Market.

Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Tokyo and explore more of this vibrant city at your pace.

Tokyo – Shizuoka

In the morning, make your own way to railway station and travel to Shizuoka via the Shinkansen bullet train. Upon arrival, make your own way to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Alternatively, you can consider joining Tokaido countryside cycling in the afternoon, or green tea fam visit with historic sites tour.

Shizuoka – Kyoto

Today, make your own way to railway station for train to Kyoto. Upon arrival, make your own way to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Kyoto

Start your day with a visit to Kinkakuji Temple, known as the Golden Pavilion, followed by Nijo Castle. Finish your tour of Kyoto with a visit to Nishiki Market, home to more than 100 shops.

Kyoto

Take a full day at your leisure to explore the many hidden treasures of Kyoto. We recommend a walk along the Philosopher’s Path to Kyoto University, so named for the philosopher Nishida Kitaro, who took this path as part of his morning meditation ritual.

Kyoto – Return

In the morning, you will be transferred to the Itami Airport to where you will check-in for your onward flight.
