Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the cruise ship for the embarkation. Depart for Bari at 5:30 pm. (D)

First port of call is Bari (arrive at 1 pm), famous for its beaches and hill towns. Optional excursions to Alberobello, Castel del Monte or the city of Sassi in Matera. Depart for Katakolon at 6 pm. (B,L,D)

Call on the port of Katakolon (at 12:30 pm). Here you may take the optional tour of Olympia, visiting the Temple of Zeus, the stadium, and the Archaeological Museum. Depart for Santorini at 5:30 pm. (B,L,D)

Santorini - Mykonos

Arrive in Santorini (at 8 am), the largest island of the Cyclades. Santorini was formed as the result of volcanic activity 3600 years ago and part of a smouldering live volcano (the caldera) can still be visited today. Depart for Mykonos at 2:30 pm. Arrive in Mykonos at 7:30 pm. Mykonos is an island rich in natural beauty and history, yet is cosmopolitan in character. (B,L,D)

Arrive to Venice at 9 am and disembark from the cruise ship. You will be transferred to your hotel. After breakfast enjoy a walking tour through the most characteristic and important places for the history of Venice incl. Piazza San Marco and Marco Polos House. Then visit the Doges Palace which represented for centuries the seat of the Venetian political power. In the afternoon consider an optional gondola ride. (B)

Morning at leisure. In the afternoon make your own way to the train station to board the train to Rome (ticket included). Upon arrival in Rome, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. (B)

Today you will have one day hop on hop off sightseeing voucher. The 1-day pass allows you to hop on and off at Termini, Piazza Venezia, Colosseo, Circo Massimo, Monte Savello, San Pietro, Castel St. Angelo, Arapacis, Tritone and Barberini. (B)
