Paris and Barcelona Highlights

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this lively French capital. This evening you may decide to join a dinner and show at the Moulin Rouge.

Today, consider joining panoramic small-group minibus tour of Paris' main sights including the Place de la Concorde, Palais Garnier, the Louvre and its pyramid, the quays of the Seine and its famous bridges, and the French Academy. You will have free time to discover Notre Dame on your own. Then continue riding past the Hôtel de Ville and the Latin Quarter to admire the Sorbonne and the famous Panthéon. Drive down the Champs Elysees, and see the majestic Arch of Triumph, the Eiffel Tower, and Les Invalides. End your tour in the Montmartre district where you will have some free time to visit this very lively neighborhood. See the splendid Sacré-Cœur Basilica, pose for a painter on the Place du Tertre, stroll along the charming cobbled streets, and enjoy a panoramic view of Paris.

Enjoy a full day at leisure. Discover the world capital of chic and style at your own pace. Consider taking an optional tour to Versailles or the Normandy Landing Beaches.

Make your own way to the Paris airport for your flight to Barcelona (not included). Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure in this vibrant city.

Today, consider taking a sightseeing tour by bus to see the famous Gaudi houses, Olympic Village, Olympic Port, the beach and Fisherman's Quarter, and Plaza de Colon. Drive to Mont Juic to ride the cable car before heading to the Spanish Village. Next, begin a walking tour to the Gothic Cathedral, City Hall, and Plaza de Catalunya. (From January to March the cable car is replaced with a tapas sample.) In the afternoon, you may decide to join an optional tour to Montserrat. Consider visiting an optional Flamenco show in the evening.

Enjoy a day at leisure in Barcelona or consider an optional tour to the historical city of Girona with its Jewish quarter, and to Figueres with the Dali Museum.

In the morning, you will be transferred to Barcelona airport for your return flight home.
