Taste of Estonia Escapade

Upon arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to your selected hotel. The remainder of the day is yours at leisure.

This morning you will be picked up at your hotel by your private guide to depart on your city tour by car or mini-van. You will begin with a panoramic tour of the city, continuing further to Toompea Hill where your walking tour of the Old Town starts. The walking tour includes Toompea Castle, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Dome Church, the Lower Town with Niguliste Church and the Old Town Hall, the oldest in Northern Europe. Your tour today concludes with a private visit to the Dominican Monastery. The remainder of the afternoon is yours at leisure. (B)

Join your tour to the Lahemaa National Park with your private guide and vehicle. After an hour’s drive, you will discover Estonia’s most popular nature reserves with its jagged coasts, vast forests and wetlands. There are many hiking trails here within the typical Estonian wetland, the main Estonian manors of Sagadi, Palmse and Vihula, some waterfalls and traditional fishing villages. After a visit to Palmse Manor, a memorial to the von Prahlen family, and Sagadi Manor, a 17th century manor, you’ll continue to the tranquility and romance of the charming 16th century Vihula Manor for a tour of the estate and a private visit to the Vodka Museum.
